My Story

I started working in the media industry at 16.

Since those early days as a cub reporter at Forth 1 (today part of the Bauer Media family) I have had the joy and privilege of working as a staff presenter and broadcast journalist with Sky News, BBC and STV, breaking and reporting on major news and sports stories from the UK and around the world.

In 2013 I started my own company, Caroline Blair Media, to expand my portfolio into hosting live events. Today, that company continues to grow and I am fortunate enough to count Scottish Rugby, Elior, and Royal Bank of Scotland among my many clients.

I particularly enjoy supporting charities, namely: My Name'5 Doddie Foundation, Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity and, through fundraising efforts with Bob and a Blether (a cold water swimming group that I founded with a friend in 2021), Women's Aid.

With our family complete, I returned to full speed in 2022. I currently anchor the Official Scottish Rugby Podcast, I am the stadium presenter at Scottish Gas Murrayfield on Scotland match days and I am a guest presenter on Forth 1.
