My Story

I began my media career at 16 as a cub reporter at Forth 1 (now part of the Bauer Media family and Hits Radio Network). Since then I have built a diverse career as a presenter and broadcast journalist with Sky News, BBC, and STV. I have had the privilege of breaking and reporting on major news and sports stories across the UK and beyond.

In 2013, I founded Caroline Blair Media to expand my work into live event hosting. Today, the company continues to grow, with clients including Scottish Rugby, the R&A, Elior, Royal Bank of Scotland, Global Rugby Players Foundation and SP Energy Networks, to name just a few.

Beyond my professional work, I am a proud ambassador for My Name'5 Doddie Foundation and I support a number of charities including Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity and Women's Aid. In 2021, I co-founded Bob & Blether, a cold-water swimming group with fundraising at its heart.

With our family complete, I returned to full speed in 2022. I currently co-host the Official Scottish Rugby Podcast, serve as the stadium presenter at Scottish Gas Murrayfield on Scotland match days, anchor SP Energy Networks' Powering Conversations Podcast and I am an occasional guest presenter with Forth 1.
